Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pettek, each note is prepared and hand-delivered with individual care and attention.
Because your message is uniquely prepared, printed, and personally placed in the Western Wall, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has entered the preparation process. Preperation usually occurs within a few hours of order being placed.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after purchase at mynote@pettek.co.il.
Cancellations are only possible before a note has been prepared, afterwhich it can no longer be cancelled.
