Each one is personally hand-delivered to the Western Wall in Jerusalem — not mailed, couriered, or digitally transmitted.
Our service ensures your message reaches this sacred place in the most respectful and heartfelt way.

Delivery Schedule

All notes are hand-delivered weekly, depending on the current delivery cycle and volume of requests.
Orders placed before the next scheduled delivery will automatically be included.
After your note has been hand-delivered, you’ll receive an email confirmation confirming that it was personally delivered to the Western Wall.

Expedited Delivery

If your request is time-sensitive, you may choose our Expedited Delivery option at checkout.
This ensures your note is prioritized and typically hand-delivered within 24–48 hours (excluding Shabbat and Jewish holidays).
An additional fee applies for this service.

International Orders

Pettek welcomes customers worldwide.
Please note that there is no physical shipping — all notes are hand-delivered to the Western Wall in Jerusalem.
Your purchase includes both the preparation of your note and its hand-delivery.

Delays & Exceptions

In rare cases, delays may occur due to:

Religious holidays or observances
Weather or security conditions in the Old City
Temporary restrictions in access to the Western Wall

Should any delay arise, we will notify you promptly and ensure your note is delivered at the earliest possible opportunity.

Confirmation of Delivery

Once your note has been placed, you’ll receive a personal confirmation email letting you know your message has reached its destination.

Please note: Sometimes confirmation emails may appear in your junk or spam folder, so be sure to check there if you dont see them once delivery has been confirmed.
