By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Overview

​We prepare printed personal notes and hand-deliver them to the Western Wall in Jerusalem.
All notes are printed exactly as submitted and delivered with care and respect.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  • You agree to our Shipping & Delivery, Refund & Cancellation, and Privacy Policy.

  • You are submitting respectful, appropriate content.

Appropriate Use of Service

You may not submit content that is:

  • Disrespectful, hateful, or inappropriate.

  • Political, promotional, or commercial.

  • Profane or intentionally offensive.

Pettek reserves the right to decline, adjust or cancel any order containing content that does not align with the sanctity of the Western Wall.

Order Process

Once your order is placed:

  1. Your note is reviewed and printed.

  2. It is prepared for delivery and scheduled for placement.

  3. Your note is then hand-delivered to the Western Wall.

After delivery, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note: emails may occasionally land in your junk/spam folder.

Delivery Timing

We deliver notes weekly depending on the delivery cycle.
An expedited delivery option is available at an additional fee and is typically completed within 24–48 hours, excluding Shabbat and Jewish holidays.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because each note is custom-printed and personally delivered, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of your order being placed.
Once your note has been printed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Your note text is submitted correctly.

  • Your email address is accurate for delivery confirmation.

  • Your payment information is valid.

Pettek is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided during checkout.

Limitation of Liability

Pettek provides a symbolic, spiritual delivery service.
We cannot guarantee any specific personal, emotional, or spiritual outcomes related to the content of your note.
Our responsibility is limited to printing and delivering your note exactly as described.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, branding elements, and written material on this website are the exclusive property of Pettek and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

Illustrative Images & Color Variations

All product images on the Pettek website — including note scrolls, parchment, string colors, textures, and presentation — are for illustrative purposes only.
Because each note is individually prepared and hand-delivered, actual colors, string shades, parchment tones, note sizes and overall appearance may vary from the images shown online.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
